How to update CC in 1shoppingcart???

I have a membership site with amember and 1shoppingcart and I was wondering if its possible for members to update their own CC? How is this done?

This would more than likely need to be done via your merchant account IE:
Authorize.net, Powerpay, Paypal etc.

The best thing to do is call Support over at 1SC or your merchant account.
