Still not 100% sure bout RSS pls help !

Hi Guys,

I`m still not 100% sure about how to use RSS can anybody tell me..

Once i add the RSS feed of my blog to the RSS submitter do i add the feed to the submitter everytime i add a new post or what about a new page ??
Or do i just add the RSS feed once and every time i add a new post ping it as this will send the RSS out to all the RSS feed sites ??
And pls tell let me know if adding a new page needs to be submitted to the RSS even if a new post doen`t.

If you are using wordpress you can set up all the sites you want to ping in your settings and then it will notify them all when you post a new article.

You will not get much benefit at all from this doing it manually, your time is better spent elsewhere.

Well yes i am using wordpress along with web2.0 sites but i really want to know about RSS feeds do i submit once or every time i add a new post and as another question do i submit after i add a new page if not a post ? Or just the once and ping after each post or page

Just add the list to your wordpress settings and forget about it, WP will handle it from there
