Everyone ask this about RSS feeds but..

Hi Guys,
I know everyone asks this about RSS feeds but can someone just confirm this for me..
I have a blog on a web2.0 site i`ve just added afew articles and submitted my blogs rss title to `RSS feeds Submit` so is this the first and only time i need to add the rss feed to a mass submitter all i have to do now is ping the blog when ever i add a new post or page ?

I'm not sure what your getting at but...

- You can submit your blog to the top Blog directories at kping.com and choose the automatic update option - if you like.

- You can submit your blog post RSS feed url to pingler.com ( over 90 directories ) every time you create a new blog post.

What i`m getting at is.. Do i have to submit the RSS url every time i add a new page or post.
I use RSS submit which i just open and copy the RSS url into and click submit. Do i have to do this every time or just the once and then ping my blog each time i add new content ?

Submit the RSS feed for every new blog post every time.

Thanks alot for that but can i ask what is the problem with RSS why does everybody have such different ideas on how to use it ??

Oh and just 1 more thing do you then ping the post using `pingler` or what ever it is you like to use ?? I`ve been using `ping o matic` is that just the same thing but your is better ??

Pingler had more directories to ping than pingomatic.

As a matter of fact pingler.com includes pingomatic in its' list of places to ping.

There is no problem with RSS.

As with many things in the online business world...

There are many different ways to use RSS in your marketing.

Pinging your RSS feeds at the RSS directories is just one and the basic one.

Thanks i will use pingler from now on, Your going to get tired of me but i see what you do is ping your actual RSS feed and not just the blogs URL i`ve not seen that before or was that just another mistake i`ve been making.

If you have a quality blog your can submit the blog uri/url to kping.com and then your blog will be listed on the major blog directories. ( not the same as RSS directories )

Ps. Blog often ( 3-5 times a week the first month ), then you can slow down to once/twice a week fro a steady flow of visitors to your blog.

But the more you blog to more visitors you'll generate.
