Buying / Valuation Advice

Hi all
I've identified what I think will be a fantasitic niche. Stats as follows for the keyword:

1300 searches per day exact
15000 global matches
495 UK matches (lowest of any niche I have researched)

Both the .co.uk and the .com are parked and for sale (exact keyword match of the domain name) both open to offers.

Question is what do I offer? (What are the chances of the owner not realising the potential of the domain?)

You have to figure out how much you can make with that. If they want to much for the .com and .co.uk domain then use .org or .net for that keyword and simply outrank them.
