Product vs Product

Hey all warriors!

I think this is my first post here and i love this place. so much valuable info..

But anyways my first question, I was always curious about products such as clickbank products vs physical products when it comes to affiliate marketing..

Is clickbank the BEST way? and if so why is this? are there no good affiliate programs from physical stores or anywhere else?

    The affiliate commission on physical products is significantly lower comparing to up to 90% you can get for some affiliate downloadable product.

    If your customer needs instant solution sell them info product, then follow up with physical, or you can give them a choice between the two at the sales point.

    Clickbank is not the only way but they specialize only in info product for the moment.

      Hi Jared:

      CB is so popular b/c of the high commissions you can achieve and the ease of use. Plus many IM (including myself) don't want to deal with physical products. There is another service like CB called Commission Junction (haven't used it personally yet) but I think they to offer only digital products like CB.

      I've read some posts on the forum where people are building successful business on eBay - that is likely a place where you can move some physical products as well.

    I personally wont limit my self with CB. I'll find all kinds of product within a niche and promote them and weed out the bad apples. Its all about promoting products which gives you the best returns. Some niches promoting physical products is better then info products but there then other niches which is totally the opposite.

      Clickbank is a great source to either grab products to promote and list your own product to sell. People love instant products which CB gives you to promote.

      If you are starting out, this is the best company to start with. After some success in promoting products, you can branch out to other good programs such as CJ, etc....
