hey
I wonder where I can find monthly search volum for a keyword. I've tryed to use the google adwrod keyword tool, but that result is very different from what I get at Keyword-Rich Domain Suggestion Tool I tested with a keyword and got huge differnce between those tools: google adsense keyword = 68000000 monhtly search volum Keyword-Rich Domain Suggestion Tool 350000 search volum In the "Get to the top of Google" book David recommend using digipoint for this, but the site is down... any ideas how to calcualte this? |

As far as I know there is no accurate source of data for this available to us. You can use "Exact" match using the Google External Keyword Tool (https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal) and cross reference with the Google Search Based Keyword Tool (Search-based keyword tool).
Even then there are large discrepancies between the results. Plus these do not take into account Yahoo / Bing / MSN and other 2nd / 3rd tier search engines. My own experience has told me that the actual results (once you rank your site for the chosen keyword) are generally way off... All the best, /Steven |

I found KRDST' volume to be logically to low for some keywords I've used, I stick to google and it works fine.
If you're attacking a keyword with 68mil monthly searches then forget about "getting to the top of google" in the first place |
