its just html. you can download an html editor like kompozer create the look you want and view the html source, copy & Paste on your Craigslist post. or a create an image / banner, host it at photobucket. and make the image clickable with the link you want. |

| i think i ran into the same problem when i use to use craigslist to promote. it might just be that photobucket is the problem. try another image hosting site. or host your own images and see what happens from there

PICTURE: Copy and paste what's below into your craigslist post. Replace the first mydomain.com with your affiliate link or the destination of where you want the link to go. The second, mydomain.com/picture.jpg replace with the address of your picture. <a href="http://www.mydomain.com"><img src="http://www.mydomain.com/picture.jpg"></a> Hope this helps....Dale ......................... |

CL has been making some drastic changes to deal with spammers and have been killing accounts that have been used to over post ads. If you follow a simple rule such as: one post every 48hr per Ip address, per account You will find that your accounts will last longer. If your number has been use to make accounts in the past most likely you will not be able to use again as it has been flagged. If you need accounts to post on pm me and i'll point you in the right direction to purchase some. The go from anywhere between 3.50 - 6.00 per pva. If you have a good selling product you can easily recoup your investment. Another thing... it's good to have a bunch of ip's to change with each account. Good Luck, Jim

Hey worriortx, Your welcome! If I understand your post. It sounds like your postings are being "ghosted". You put up ads but nothing shows up on CL? Correct? If so then you may have over posted and CL has flagged your IP address. I have found that a simple text ad works just as good or even better then a picture ad. Here are a few tips that work for me that may help you get your ads to stick. 1. Have multiple accounts 2. have multiple ip's 3. One post / per account / per ip / every 48 hrs. rotation is the key. 4. Use a simple text ad - works great for me. 5. Keep your ad links to a min. and change them up on each ad. 6. make each ad unique - change up your ad title for each ad. Add a word or take away a word. Simple as that. 7. don't use affiliate links - Have your own domain 8. use your ads as leverage on your keyword / articles I'll explain. 9. watch out for keywords that get flagged automatically - you'll have to do some testing on this. I run ads on CL (leverage) using keywords that I'm ranking good in Google. My title ad on CL will be close to my article title. For the body of the ad I use a small paragraph from my article with a call to action link. Since CL has a good page-rank you will see your ads get listed in Google within a page or two ( even the same page as your article ). I post ads in the east coast area but using this method i get sales from across the country because the ads show up in Google for my keywords. I find many ppl don't really go to CL's or Backpage's website to shop but find the ads listed in google. My experience and thoughts there (opinion). This is why using keywords work in getting sales. For me anyways. Using Backpage in a similar manner also works great. Yesterday I invested in 20 CL accounts. Cost me 110.00 bucks. I break those 20 down in groups of 5 and run ads. One post per account / per ip / per unique ad. Those five posting I made 4 sales. 188.00, 141.00, 141.00 and 94.00 @ 35% of sales in my pocket. Just under 200.00 bucks profit. Plus recieved many leads and hits to my domain. They will be back to buy ![]() On good days I make between 250 - 350 profit using CL daily. It's a great source of income when sales are down with my other avenues that I have running. Start with a few accounts make a return on investment and scale up. Just wanted to toss this out to you....gonna run my 5 ads now. Good Luck, Jim |

I just looked it up in Google real fast. I don't see a date on the product and if it's not recent up to date with information it will not help much as Cl is making changes almost on a daily bases. Does it cover the geo-targeting ad posting that many are having problems with? How about accounts being flagged for using gmail accounts or accounts dieing because of email switching. These are some of (not all) issues that many posters have and accounts are being put on hold and unlikely to be brought back to usable status. These type of changes are happening everyday and it's tough to keep up. My opinion right now is no e-book is gonna be able to keep up with these changes...maybe if things calm down on CL and changes stop then a updated e-book may help for some. If you follow my simple posting steps as listed in my last post you should be go to go. Use your pva accounts with gloved hands and you'll make a good income. The golden rule right now with posting on CL is ... 1 posting per account / per ip / each ad unique ..works like a charm untill they do another update. Again this is just my opinion and the way I get my ads to stick. jim
