Hey can someone tell me how to get my banners on youtube like this one.

YouTube - VinceDelMonte's Channel

It's at the top of his channel.

Also at the bottom left he has a flash banner going... how?

Thanks. I have been playing in the channel editing. Where specifically would I put the banner in the side bar edit? Tried a few things but no luck.
