Hey folks, I finally grew my business to a point where I don't have enough staff and assistants to help me to drive the traffic to my niche businesses. Basically I am thinking of outsourcing traffic generation but I don't know where to look for one. My assistants do all the backlinks and basic SEO stuff for me but I am not satisfy with their works because the volume of traffic is really low. I've even hired a couple of SEO guys from Phillipines and things were great in the first month but things got sour in the second month. And just like my assistants, the traffic that I got is really low for that niche. (Should've been 200% more traffic) I am looking to scale things up by using a traffic generation company to do the works for me. Do you guys have any recommendation for me? |

I'm not sure where you've found your virtual employees but 'Odesk.com' is an excellent service that provides quality virtual employees ranging from $2 - $15 per hour. Of course you will need to create some sort of screening process to ensure you're hiring a quality virtual employee. I've only heard good feedback about Odesk.com and from personal experience, I'm very satisfied. And not to mention, very cost effective. Also, should you outsource?. Of course, how can you expect to scale your online business if you're always doing the marketing yourself?. By having virtual employees do your marketing for you, this will allow you to grow and expand your online businesses and scale your marketing. Regards, Chris Pambos | |

Hey Desmond Have you heard of trafficsage? Depending on what your site generates, things can pay for themselves! I'd start out on the $297 p/m option, then as things grow and the site starts to generate more, bump it up to the $497 p/m package. I've not used them myself, but the guys who run it are IM pros, and I've only heard good things! I like things to be hands off - and this is literally as hands off as you can get as the team you use are already fully trained! Thanks Dave |

Traffic Sage is pretty good if you stop to consider how much it would cost to hire different individuals to perform the various marketing tasks.
