Can you recommend any good ad brokers firm?

Hello everyone,
We run one small bar rather successful web site and have a quite big newsletter list.

Since there is only two of us we just don't have time to write emails and sell advertising space on our newsletter.

So, we were thinking about finding a company that would do that for us.

If you have any recommendations or suggestions it would be really appreciated.
