FTC Help Please...
Hey Warriors,
I run a review site for home based businesses and marketers. I have read portions of the FTC thing that will take effect in Dec. and after feeling like I do NOT understand the legal crap, I was wondering if any marketer in here that DOES know, in essence, what it says?
I was hoping that you could break down into laymans terms for me. I am concerned about my reviews and opinions being posted and need to understand how I can make changes so that I can be ready for this new mandate.
I'll look forward to your answers but if you DON'T know, please don't respond. I need someone that actually KNOWS the truth here and that can offer me some advice about what to do and what changes to implicate.
