100 word Blog Posts - Keyword Phrase should appear once or twice ?

I have a bunch of 100 word blog posts where "My Keyword Phrase" appears twice and also in the title.

Is that too much for a 100 word post? Should it only appear once?

Having your keyword 2-3 times in your post is not bad even though you have a short post. Just make sure that the sentence flows and it looks natural. If it reads too redundant then you should consider replacing the keyword with one similar.

I forgot to mention that those keywords would be anchor text.
Would that make any difference?

From my experience, is sufficient that the keyword phrase is in the title, and if possible, in the tag
