Just been promoted to expert with ezine

I don't know what the big deal is with everyone not getting their articles approved. Tell you the truth, I am not a very good writer but I think as long as your articles are origionel and around 400 words you shouldn't have a problem. They just take a bit longer than say articlebase or go articles.

umm...isn't everybody automatically an 'expert' once their first article is approved?

No, they aren't. In fact many writers must submit many additional articles beyond the first ten before being considered for expert status.

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.

Maybe not everyone but at some point most are.. Sort of defeats the purpose of actually being an expert...lol It is only done so you display that "expert" seal on your site and you go brag to your friends about you was moved to expert status ...lol

Congrats man, yeah people complain a lot, but quite a few of them are just ridiculously impatient and unorginal. Not all, mind you, but a vast majority.

Ezine will give you expert status if you show some credentials and years of experience in you chosen field. That means giving some credible info in your articles and submitting afew articles on that subject. Your resource box should reflect why you think you're an expert. Maybe throw in your website URL to show them that it's not BS. Be sure//they will check you out. And...don't piss them off. They will suspend you.

Congre on getting your EZA promotion
One question, how many articles did you submitted before getting your EZA promotion?

  • I got the expert status with my first article. I think EZA hopes you put the Expert logo on your website and they have another backlink. Just some linkbait.

I think everyone who submitted the first article will get the expert status. It's just one of their auto-responder email I guess. They can get more exposure and you can get happy

      It's a win-win situation

Yeah I got expert status on my very first article, and it was approved within two days. I think they're just happy to have a new writer who writes something coherent in standard English, so they give you expert status and publish right away. Unfortunately, even if your next articles are first rate, they will take approximately forever to approve them, and you will quickly become unhappy with their service. Oh, and their traffic really sucks. Maybe two uniques per week, max, and it falls off after that.
