Name Your Favorite eBook Template For OO

Hi all,

I'm on the hunt for a stylish Open Office eBook template but after doing an extensive Google search I found nothing than outdated stuff. I like modern and easy on the eye without clutter with a nice page layout.

My question is, do you go with a specific designer to get your eBooks looking real nice and if so with whom, or can you recommend a good resource where I can find some more info?

I would appreciate all pointers, tips.
