Sales Letters...

Hi,

Just wanted to share this, I hope it may be useful...

I didn't realize just how long it takes to write a 'real' salesletter! I've written many product promotions in the past/setting up a websites, etc, etc... But I wanted to try doing a sales letter the 'IM' way, and surprisingly... doing the full fledged sales letter from scratch, complete with images/comments for testimonials, videos, features/benefits, autoresponder, etc, etc surprisingly takes a really, really, long time! I've probably spent about 2-3 days composing/creating it...

It looks so simple... You see one, and you think 'ah-hah! I can do that in 20 minutes!'......... But not really... I suppose it's kind of like software... A software application 'looks' easy, but to actually create a fully functional working application that people love is a lot more work than it seems...! So I guess... if you are new to IM, and releasing a new product... be prepared to spend some time to create a really professional letter to do it right! (Or of course spend the cash to have someone else do it for you )

Well you can do it in 20 minutes... in your head Yup it's not as easy as it looks, and writing is not everyone's area of expertise either.

Glad to see you at least finished it and got through it!

Yes, I actually think I have a fantastic sales letter now... But I am really, really amazed at just how long it took :P (I think in the future I may very well hire someone to do it instead, but at least now I understand the process so can be very clear with whomever I am working with on exactly what I am looking for)....

There are a lot of software programs that will speed up the process. Check out my resource box for such a program.

Creating a program of your own takes time. I learned that too when I created my first product that now sells on ClickBank. It takes a good amount of work but at the end, it is all worth it.
