Default Is it worth making backlinks on a blog or forum that are nofollow?

I just learned about this concept of nofollow. Is it worth the time continuing to comment on a page to make backlinks if it is nofollow?

Worrying about nofollow is too long of a subject and has too many people debating on either side. So I have this to offer, forget follow/nofollow and focus on leaving comments on sites that have TRAFFIC! The traffic has WAY more value! If you get an SEO benefit, great. If not, who cares - you got the traffic.

You can use a tool like Comment Sniper to keep track of the sites you are targeting. It will ping you whenever a new post pops up on a blog you like so that you can rush right over an leave a good comment. You will be amazed how much traffic you can get if you are targeting the right blogs. . .

When you take the pebble from my hand you will then be the master!
The Article Marketing Dojo will show you how!

It is for me. I'm not really interested in whether they're "do-follow" or "no-follow": overall, it doesn't make any difference to me.

Nofollow can't give your site strength.... but it is good for traffic, if you put them on right place...

I am glad you all feel this way...for a minute there I thought all my work on backlinks was all for nothing.

Thanks everyone!
