Need some software recommendations about keeping organized with IM efforts

Hello -

I am trying to FIND a product that will help me keep organized with IM efforts like domains, keywords, social media passwords, and time organization.

For example, if I were going to go after the niche 'weight loss autism' I would want to track out all keywords and domains/pages that are being targeted on.

Like this:

Project Title
Main Keywords domain/page
supporting keyword domain/page

Then for each keyword(s) I would like to be able to keep track of what marketing efforts have been done for each. Like where articles have been submitted and the anchor text used. Even what the username/pass for the article directory account used. This would be also include what social media sites (bookmarking, twitter, etc...) are being used, exact usage, etc...

Then I would like to set up a timeline schedule of what needs to be done and when. If I need to drop a facebook link or twitter link every 3 days (or post an article, comment, or forum post) it would send me a reminder via email when this need to be done.

Does anyone know a sftware program that does this?
