Wordpress Database Back Up - emails me a daily back-up of rapidly changing sites, or it does weekly or monthly

All in one SEO, Captcha Reduce spam comments, Statpress are the ones I use but its been a long while since I looked into plugins

i like the tweetmeme plugin (ever notice the retweet butoon on blogs? there's also an alternative for facebook), twitter widget pro, onlywire plugin and google analytics plugin to name a few.

btw does anyone use the google adsense plugin? how's it like?
