I found my main keywords to wrap my site around now what?

My main keywords for my site are "headphone for running" Now what do I use from my pages on my site? The runner ups on the keyword tool?

If yes should my pages on my site be like "new headphones for running"? or what?

The reason I ask is because okay my search words "headphones for running" gets about 5k in the monthly searches but everything after that is crap like maybe 20 to 30 people a month?

Any help would be helpful.
