Attn Beginners - The EASY Way To Get Your 1st Video Up On Your Website !

Hello there,

I understand how difficult (and scary) it seems to create your 1st live video & get it up on your website - much more so than it actually IS

Added to the fact that we feel very self-conscious, we also imagine that it involves alot of "techie" skills

I thought I would like to help some newbies to get over this hurdle by explaining how easily you can actually do this...

As a beginner, I recommend you start by setting up a free account with Viddler.com. All you will need is a webcam – either one that is built into your monitor or one that you plug in.

Here are a few tips to get you going:

• Set up your free account with Viddler.
• Click on Allow and High Quality.
• Click the red record button to record your video.
• Then click on embed this.
• I usually choose Player size: Viddler (545x451).
• Copy the code you are given.
• Go to your web editor (eg Kompozer).
• Add a row of xxxxxxxxxxxx where you want the video to appear on the page.
• Go to the source code and replace the xxxxxxxxxxx with the video code you were given by Viddler.

Go on - you can do it!

Acrasial, I can understand how you feel about this but really this is a great Idea and people trust you more on a webpage if they see a real person think I will have to look into this
