Does FriendBlaster (and similar programs) really work?

Warriors -

Doesn't MySpace cap the number of actions (friend requests, comments, etc) you are allowed to make per day? Any comments from current users of these programs would be much appreciated. Thanks.

How are they your "friends" when you do not even take the time to visit their profile, get to know them or anything ???
