Where can I go for this web design help?

I'm looking to build a review site with either wordpress of an html editor. I'm a little more familiar with wordpress and know what kind of setup I'm looking for, but I have no idea how to make it happen. A friend told me that I would need some custom work done to make wordpress do what I want it to do. Maybe I'd be better of going with an html template?

I'm basically looking to setup a review site with an intro on the home page, optimized for a primary and some secondary keywords. Then I would link out to a category page which would be optimized for "keyword reviews" and contain little blurbs about each of the review products as posts. Clicking on any of the little product blurbs would take you to a page featuring the full review and optimized for that product name. I'd also have an articles category where I would feature several generic articles for the niche as posts.

I'd like to the site to have a nice professional look and feel to it. Any suggestion on where I might find someone to help me with this? Feel free to post here or pm, skype, IM, or email me.

I would hire a Graphics Designer to do the web site for you. Start talking to some here in the Warrior Forum. Web Designers are good at designing sites that are Search Engine friendly and easy to Navigate, but you need more.

And don't sign off on anything that you can't update yourself!!!

I am not much familiar with wordpress but I can do what you want at minimal cost. If you want to get this done for free, then you will have to do it by yourself (Highly Recommended).
First of all decide what you want, then find the most suitable CMS. If it cannot fulfill your requirements alone, search for its plugins and themes to get the job done.

Yeah, I'd definitely need detailed instructions if I was going to take a stab at it myself. I'll have a look around the for hire forum and see who I can find.

If the products are from Amazon then you could use ReviewAzon plugin for Wordpress, there is a WSO for it if you do a search there or if you want I can pm you my affiliate link, up to you though and it may not help if you are not using Amazon products.

$100-$200 will get you a nice customized theme on Scriptlance or Getafreelancer.com. For best results you should find a premium theme you like and hire someone to rebrand/customize it for you.

looking for something like this... Not Safe For Work... Adult Content

It's a full featured WP review theme developed for adult sites but the content could be anything. The author is asking $30 which is a good deal for a pre-built theme that works out of the box. I'm sure like any developer you could arrange for additional custom work.

I haven't used it since I develop my own themes and I don't know the author, just something I came across, but it looks pretty nice.
