Communication with Product Creator

Is there a way to find contact services other than only a help desk address to get my answer? My well known WP membership plugin creator service is not responding and my website will be useless without solving my problem. I had sent my first request 25 days ago following with 5 more. I need a phone number and/or another contact that will force them to respond.
I may also need to know where a complaint could be efficient? Any URLs?

Now that the creator is dead and her staff isn't responding, it may be better to just start over with something else in all honesty.

I don't know anything about this vendor except that they have these plugins and the owner passed on so I could be wrong. But if there is no response at all in all the approved ways, how are you really going to "force" them to respond with a phone number or whatever? Most of these type vendors have no office or onsite staff. It's them working from home with outsourcers or other help located elsewhere.

I know this must suck. And, there's really nothing that can be done on our end as a customer to avoid it unless we avoid all vendors that don't have typical setups with office, secretaries, etc. But even then once the boss is gone in one way or the other, those setups may mean nothing.

Is the source code encrypted? If not, you may be able to have a developer make the needed changes.

and I would suggest you hire two separate vendors with phone numbers. One vendor to fix your problem and a separate vendor to check the code for malicious code.

Due Diligence is always a good business practice in my opinion. I would test the vendor's phone number and would not use a messenger.

Thank you, Jeffery! The right of information of worldwide e-consumers should include at least 2 contacts from the sellers with the phone number as being mandatory. It may come with time. Our virtual world is still young.

Thank you, Mark! Yes, being selective helps and I will check with my web designer if the source code is encrypted or not. If not, I will need to open wallet again to pay my web designer to work on another WP plugin.

The first post from this member is below. Normally, these kinds of posts are not allowed here because they need to be taken up with the product's customer service. I guess this is a special case, though, with the death of the owner so it was allowed.

An older thread about same subject. I have never known any product to maintain well or be improved once the creator has either sold it off or otherwise 'left the building'.

On the sales pages for this product, the copyright is 2015-2018...not a good sign. Wasn't it sold through JVZoo?

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.

Thank you, Kay King! No, I didn't buy it at JVzoo. I don't really remember where I bought it but it may be from a direct sale.

When you say WP do you mean website membership and or word press membership.Sounds like bad customer service to me.Maybe you can try reaching out to the company on twitter and or facebook or something. If that doesn't work you might want to contact the FTC.

Thank you, Jamell! I have a WP standard website that is accessible to everyone. I choose to have a part of it as membership and this is why I bought a plugin to set it up. This not recent. I am improving my membership area and I had that one question and didn't get my answer. I found out yesterday on the internet that I had to pay yearly fee to get service but it is no so clear. I guess they are getting reorganized to make the business working again. However, I decided to knock at another door and will make sure this time I will be happy with the service of my new plugin. Any suggestions and why?
