Is Google just a search engine ?

Hello All,

I know that google is the most important search engine in the world with many other services like : google webmasters and google earth but are there any other services ?

Google also has Google Video and Youtube. Other stuff like Google Maps, Gmail, Blogger.com, Google Toolbar, Google Widgets, iGoogle. I'm sure theres more.

is this for real?? surely you at least know how to use google (the search engine part)??

try this for starters: List of Google products - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

then checkout google labs for more...

Google have a hand in much more than that. In November they release a new home energy watch system in conjuction with some of the top companies in this field and I'm sure there's more to come.

An easy way to see all of what google have to offer is to click on the arrow beside the word "more" at the end of the toolbar (top left on the homepage screen at google.com).

The click "even more" at the bottom of the list that appears.

You may then bask in the mighty glory that is Google!

Go to their blogs -- they have over 80 public blogs, last I checked.
All dealing with a different thing they are involved with.
