Major WP problem, all changes lost

Has anyone else had this problem? For the last few days, edits and changes I've been making to my WP blogs disappear by the next day. I've lost theme uploads, posts, deletions, coding changes and hours worth of recategorising that was done on one site. It's really frustrating and dismaying.

Any suggestions as to a solution?
