List Of PLR Terms? PLR Usages?

Anyone have one of those PLR usage charts, where you just have to select yes or no to the various rights. I use to have one, but it seems to have disappeared amoungst the junk of my desktop and documents LOL.

Much appreciated for any help you can offer and as always thanks.
