I stole the "case study" title tag from Kim Roach -- hung out with her in Vegas.. she's cool people
Anyway, I'm gonna keep this short and sweet. Basically, (as some may have gathered), I'm a programmer and I do my market research and then create what I perceive to be current/future trend friendly software. With one such program/script; (nope, not tellin' which one); I contacted WishList Member for some support. In the midst of the interaction, it dawned on me to hit them with a JV proposal. What could it hurt, right? I got the support immediately... but, my JV proposal basically went unanswered. So, I was like "Oh well.. guess they figure I'm a peon and not worthy of their time. No skin off my apple; I'll just keep hustlin'". So, I basically wrote them off; with the idea that they'll eventually have to work with me 'cause I refuse to lose, (ain't in my vocabulary). Then, (after like almost two weeks of silence) yesterday I get an email from the dude I was told to contact in the first place asking me what I had in mind. Talk about OPEN DOOR!! WOO HOO!! ![]() The Moral of this Story? Just keep swimming! Just keep swimming! Just keep swim.... you get the point, no? ![]() nuff said PLP, tecHead |

Good for you Tec! It goes to show that people are always looking to make more $ and just because you don't get an answer on the spot does not mean that they won't answer you at a later time
