Best Place To Outsource Simple Email Customer Service?

Hey guys,

Its now getting to the point where I need some help with my customer service.

I get 20ish emails per day of people who need support or want to cancel.

They are all very simple replies so I could give the customer service person templates to respond with.

What is the best place to outsource this to? Overseas would be ideal!

Manila Craigslist - goldmine

craigslist: manila classifieds for jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events

Philippines will accept $1-$2 / hour, and I generally find write better English than China/India.

Post an ad and then go through the resume section and email them an invite to look at your ad. Make sure you clearly state compensation, expectations, etc.

Only downside is that power outages / weather issues come with the territory. If this has to be done between X and X each day you might get frustrated.
