You can make a long list of free doc download sites like SCRIBD.

Tag your free books correctly and write descriptions with keywords so your free books can be found easily

TIP:You need to use UNIQUE and ENTICING titles

Distributing your books this way expands your reach

You can also hire cheap microworkers to give away your book through comments

Yup, the ebook needs to be the FRONT END for your offer. You do not make money on them. Maybe they help you cover your cost of customer acquisition, maybe not. If they're free, they obviously will not.

Make sure you link in your ebooks to a Pretty Link or something you have control over. That way you can change the offer when you feel like it.

I agree with this 100%. A few affiliate marketers and consultants that sell ebooks on the front-end have at least one or a handful of back-end offers and upsells.

Steve Scott is an author of several ebooks he sells on Amazon for $1 regarding productivity, health and other topics. Those ebooks include bonus offers or other lead magnets available through opt-in's to his email list. On his email list, he sells several affiliate products related to productivity, health, etc..

Sean Vosler has a copywriting book he sells for $35 I think. On the back-end, he sells higher-end courses.

I know four sites where you can do in theory, but frankly speaking I've never tried any of those : Blurb, Lulu, Feiyr and Payhip.

Book sales are the most obvious way to make money from self-publishing. You will either earn royalties (from self-publishing platforms such as Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing/KDP) or revenues (if you print, distribute and sell your book yourself).

  • Email marketing is one of the best way to distribute your eBook, but as you are already using it and looking for some other marketing channels, you can try these platforms:
    Clickbank
    Kindle Direct Push
    Blurb
    Lulu
    Tradebit
    NOOK Press
    Kobo
    Scribd
    Smashwords
    BookBaby.

I hope that these platforms will help you in spreading your eBook to a wider audience.

Amazon is the best P, but I prefer to publish helpful posts on my blog and link to the eBooks. People trust my free, helpful content, trust me and buy my eBooks.

So what you seem to be asking is where can I give away my stuff for free ( so I can develop a mailing list), right? It's pointless to put it in a place when no one will see it. Put it on Amazon? C'mon. A zillion other books are there. Are you going to drive traffic to that Amazon link? Like paying for traffic? No? NO ONE is going to see it) Free traffic or Paid traffic, You choose. I like paying for traffic.
    Just being real.

  • This method worked great pre 2008. Like a dream. Not so now. Saturated.

Many other platforms can help you drive sales. The other option you have is to start a blog about the content of your book. With proper SEO and persuasive copywriting, you will make good sales with time.

My suggestion is to make a separate ebook of starting a few pages and then use SEO tool ebook Submission and at last, the page just writes to go ahead purchase the book and then share the link. Due to this a person can be more curious about whats the end and might buy your book.

Another option is that you should sell it on websites like Amazon, Flipkart, etc...
