Another Plug For Working Smarter Instead Of Harder

I hadn't seen a thread about this in awhile, so I wanted to throw it out there, mostly for the sake of newer Warriors...

Internet Marketing is hard enough and time consuming enough as it is. Don't make it harder by spinning your wheels doing things manually that can be automated. Figure out first what your core activities are (not thoughts, ACTIONS!) that make you money. That's incredibly important as a first step.

Then, find tools to automate any of those activities that you can. This is how you - as an individual working alone - can scale up your operations without having to invest in outsourcing, which you may not be able to afford when you're just starting out. Once you get some better cash flow going, then by all means look to outsource the "grunt work" that your automation tools can't adequately handle. But at first, automation is your outsource workforce!

I want to put a plug in here for a great fellow Warrior - Big Mike. He and his team run incansoft.com and they put out some great automation software for marketers. I have no affiliation with them on any level other than being a very satisfied customer. Those guys will be your first stop - after you figure out what your money making activities are.

I also love Roboform.com. When you get to the point where you need backlinks to your websites or blogs, this is an amazing little time-saving piece of software. It's a 'must have,' in my opinion.

There are lots of other really top-notch automation tools out there. Find them. Use them. It's about being able to scale up what you discover to be your big money making activities. That's what takes you from doing "ok" to making a full-time living online.

Not only do I agree with you about Big Mike's Icansoft products, but I would like to plug your products too.

With your affordable products that teach how to get started in niche and article marketing combined with Big Mike's affordable software products new people can start a business online without having to pay for those big $1997 courses.

They will learn a lot and get a lot done too.
