Which Video Software?

Fellow warriors,

i've been searching a lot on video creating / editing software,

Watch this video in website Mass PPV Traffic | Implement Pay Per View Marketing For Hoards Of Cheap Traffic!

Now, I would like to create something like that, but i don't know how to do it.

Hope that anyone can help me with this.

If i outsource it, how much is the estimated cost?

Hey I know Final Cut will do that. (Final Cut Express probably could too) For windows users there is tons of software out there that can do that. I think Sony has a great application.

Final Cut is for Mac right?

sorry, should add it for Windows machine hehe

I think Sony has some great apps too, but i need some more suggestions,

Yeah Final Cut is for mac. Hope there are some knowledgeable PC users here. I would like to hear what the PC world uses for video editing.
