How to build a list?

I am sat here, thinking I have all the neccesary skills to build an income through internet marketing, but some how, its just not working for me.

I think the main problem is the size of my, wait for it ......."List"

Does anybody know of a product that will answer this qustion for me? I am "not" looking for a bunch of affiliate links to one product or another.

I would like a genuine testimonial of a product you have used and found met all the sales letters expectations, and really done what it said on the tin.

      1. Buy an autoresponder software OR sign up with Aweber.

      2. You will get form code from your software/service.

      3. Paste it on your web site.

      4. Set up messages to follow up with them.

      That is it!

    Well In my opinion of building a list the fastest is doing ad-swaps and using PPV (Pay Per View). I tried out mass ppv traffic and it was a good course to boost your list literally overnight.

    Building a list is not that hard. You should try to use adswaps, giveaways. They are the cheapest.

    You Could also try Co registration... You send an email to double opt ins , you cannot market to these people the first few emails though

      Try joining a Giveaway event. If you have a decent, up to date product, you can direct them to your opt in page where they need to input their name and address in order to obtain your gift. Right now there is an abundance of giveaways going on (maybe too many).

    Here's what you need.

    #1 An autoresponder, and webhosting so that you can put your opt-in pages online.

    #2 A Lead Magnet - something that people want enough to give you their e-mail.

    Now getting the correct lead magnet and traffic are the difficult parts. At first it would be good to use a branded report and make cash through the links within the report, and by having affiliate offers on your thank-you pages and in the follow-up series of the autoresponder.

    Once you have a list invest the profits into creating your own lead magnet, and approach the people who's site you've been recommending. I know that I would probably email out for anyone integrated one of my sites.
