There is nothing that makes a customer more angry then requesting a halt to a continuity program, thinking it's over, then getting billed the next month. It's happened to me and I go ape over it because I have to deal with it again. I know things happen, I know sometimes billing doesn't work right, I know virtual assistants make mistakes, but you gotta watch this one closely or lose your reputation. |
