Hey Guys,
I have a pretty popular Sports Betting Advice site on Clickbank. Unfortunately, Google doesn't allow paid advertising so I have to think outside the box. Here is what I am doing right now: - Articles - about 2-3 a week. I publish them with the Article Spinner Product. Seems to brings some traffic. Kind of a lot of work, but I guess it helps. I am more instant gratification oriented, but I'll keep it up - Videos - It seems like a failure except when you add everything up, there are a lot of views. I do recommend this. Tags and titles are really impt. - Yahoo Paid Search. Works somewhat, but Yahoo is very inconsistent with what they allow with gambling and what they don't (nonsensical what keywords are allowed and what aren't). My ROI is good, but the volume is low, maybe 100 clicks a day - MSN - Very low volume from their paid search due to restrictions on gambling - 2nd tier paid search - This is all fraud from what I could see. I went from having a 20% opt in rate on the big 3 to literally going 0 for 900 clicks on optins on one network. Something smelled fishy... - PPV.. This seemed crazy expensive. $.01-.05 per impression? Holy crap. - Getting affiliates to push sales to their lists has been an upper deck homerun. Anything else that I missed? Advice? Thanks, - |

Adbrite worked a bit for me on an insurance CPA. You can pay as less as 0.05 per click. Might be worth a try.

2 or 3 articles a week will get you nowhere fast . Shoot for as minimum of 5 or so a day for 30 days and you will see a big improvement .
i have personally been making my portfolio a little more article marketing friendly . I understand it is hard to promote some niches on ppc . Bookmarking sites don't like other niches . Sometimes the best thing to do with questionable niches is to find forums with relevant , similar interest and use these for some back links |

Article Submission doesn't give high traffic but the keywords that is use as anchor text in article content helps to improved SERP.
