Default Does Aweber work with a Blog??

Hi there

I've created a few websites with aweber, so know what do do with putting a email sign up box on a site.

But, i'm unsure what do with a blog, in terms of where to direct the person after they sign up? With a website, I would create a special 'thank you' page. Is this possible with a blog?

What do you all do???

Thanks

Sure - if your blog is Wordpress you can use a special Aweber widget - they explain it here: How Do I Integrate My Wordpress Blog With AWeber? :: AWeber Knowledge Base

Once they complete your opt-in, you can send them to any page you like - it could be an html page or a Wordpress static page. With Wordpress blogs you can create Posts or you can create static pages. For an opt-in thank you page, you can just create a static page.

There are two ways to do that -

1. Using Java Script and 2. Using the HTML

#1 method is easy. Take the option form JS code and insert in the blog file just before </body>. You have to edit the file.

#2. In this method you have to take the HTML code of option form and then insert in the blog file.

Once you have done that you can easily redirect user wherever you want.
