Hi Warriors,

I need some ideas about what to do with this domain name:

videoinstruct.me

What would you do with that?

"Maybe" list:

- Authority Site for IM videos by Warriors?

Or that would be "WarriorForum.tv"...

- Authority Site on Niche Tutorials?

--- ?

...

Please, complete the list...

I would create a site that catered to all types of videos like the video professor.

Get books on any subject and all subjects and plan out videos around them and sell them on cd using kunaki.

You don't have to be limited to a niche. You can create videos about anything, programming, cleaning your pc, weight loss diet plans, online dating, whatever.

Interesting to see that´s just the same as I envisioned it...

Great brain, Andrew (as you already know : )

        Thank you.

If you don't have a video camera you can do like I do when the video is all desktop and use either cam, windows movie maker or even power point to show the steps of instruction that you plan out in advance.

If you don't have a good voice like me you can also use (like me) natural soft text to speech program.

Just some suggestions and I hope you do well with the videos. I do hope you try the kunaki it is free to sign up and you can make the video production cost you nothing.

Actually, you can create a demo version of your video to give away and still make a profit by adding $1.75 to the shipping cost (min allowed) of$5.25 and then upsell to the complete video in the video itself.

Just like being on the clients desktop.

Yes, I will outsource everything except design and presentation...

          Thanks for the ideas

            Hello:

I suggest bird-dogging quality "how to" videos for your visitors and JVing with the creators or become an affiliate. See if you can get testimonials from the original topic suggesters.

Become known as a trustworthy advisor. Have forums/discussion pages where users can interact and display successes. Remember, people are more interested in actually successfully accomplishing a task/goal than in watching a video.

Being told how to do something is not the same as actually doing it. Your site could help create "learning communities". (Building a deck? Here's how, and here's a group of people at your level succeeding at it.)

            Good luck with the site.

I personally would go the route of a tutorial website... There are always people looking for How to's and tutorials, etc... Good place to start though.

Do you want to make successes or excuses? Success? Alright then... See what's in store for you....

I'd sell it and get a .com/.net/.org. There is very little trust associated with .me domains, and they are hard for people to remember.

Maybe start a site where users can submit videos that teach people how to do things.

I think another thing you could do is a mixture of what Andrew and @goliathseo said in their posts.

Basically, research a bunch of different topics and do video tutorials. But think outside the box. Don't focus just on things that have to do with IM, design, or general computing.

Maybe do some fun things like showing a tutorial on how to properly detail a vehicle, how to grill the perfect hamburger, how to start your own vegetable garden, etc.

Things that common people get online to learn about. Things like hobbies and such.

Just tryin' to think outside the box a little bit and open up your possibilities. A lot of the everyday things would be great because the markets aren't AS saturated (keyword being "as" haha).

Obviously, there are a lot of sites that are doing similar things, so you need to try and focus on a way to uniquely position yourself.

Just a few thoughts for you.

PS. I think .me is fine. Some people actually like it because it is different and almost more personal in way.

These are all some good ideas. As for .me domains, there is only one other .me I am familiar with. It seems like an interesting extension though.
