Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum and I haven't yet started anything.
But still I day dream of leaving the job and having a good income.
I know it's bad.
But the satisfaction stage never comes, we always want more and more.
When do you think is the best time to quit the job???
also can anyone tell me if anyone can help me to start something.
Anything related to CPA, affiliate marketing. I am seriously blank and I couldn't see any other option than this.

thanks.

The answer will be different for everyone.

For me it happened 10 years ago. I was a "Web Site Marketing Specialist" in a small firm. After one year on the job, they went out of business. A handful of clients asked me to continue marketing their sites.

When you are doing what you are meant to do, things seem to work out just fine.

    I agree hotftuna,
I cant seem to concentrate on one thing.
I need to do many things at a time and then the confusion takes over. so I think I am at one place since a long time.

This is different for everyone. If you are using paid traffic, it can be difficult because you will run into cash flow problems unless you can negotiate better pay schedules.

Just focus on one strategy and be very persistent. Only the most persistent marketers make it in the long run.

      Good luck.

If it is not your nature to focus on one big thing, then don't.

There is a book titled something like "Make a living without a job". The author writes about developing a number of "profit centers". This may work for you.

Make a list of your income sources. Right now it may just be your J.O.B.- that's fine. Try and add to the list with an online business. If you don't know where to start, how about listing stuff you own and are willing to part with on ebay. This one profit center will not get you rich, but you also don't have to focus on it much.

Try to get five or more profit centers going- online or off. List them in order of importance. Keep looking to add new profit centers if you think that they have more potential than the ones on your list already.

Once you have a diversified stream of income that more than meets your basic needs, consider dropping the profit center that is the lowest priority.

When your J.O.B. becomes the lowest priority, then you can think about leaving it.

When you're in the financial position to lose the stream of income that your job represents.

If you're making $9/hr flipping burgers with no benefits, you'll make that pretty quickly with a little hard work. If you're making $100K plus a year with a generous benefits package, well, that might take a little longer to replace.

For me it happened twice: first in 1979... and after 4 years in another country working in a delightful job, I again quit in 1988.

My experience shows that the best time to quit is when you are at your creative best.

I teach internet marketing, and I have noticed that being creative in the face of needing to generate income or you get evicted is not a suitable state of mind for most people, and you don't strike me as someone who would hold up in that situation.

Also: while you have to learn: it is hard to earn and learn at the same time.

Two of my students are in this situation and they spend 75 percent of their time ad-swapping, and by the time they are available to learn "real" internet marketing, all their creativity and energy is used up.

I was spoiled by the internet before I left high school. I don't plan on getting a 'real' job ever... or at least anytime soon - I make more than I would at a job just by spending a couple hours online.

Johnny offered the same advice I was going to give you.

I lost my full time job August 21, 2009. I contacted one of the Warriors that offers a coaching program and started making money a couple of weeks after starting the program. Still in the program now and hope to replace my former income within the next month.

Read as many of the WSO that you can, ask questions, determine what skills you currently have that could result in marketable assets. For example, can you write, program software, create graphics, blog, etc.??? This will allow you to begin making money while you learn about other areas that interest you.

If you just want a business in a box to follow, no questions asked, George Brown's Google Sniper is what enabled me to quit my job.

If you're looking for both a solid moneymaking system AND a guy who will answer any question you may have about it, who will continue to produce quality products and often give them to you FOR FREE, I suggest a gentleman (in the truest sense of the word) by the name of Geoff Shaw. You will have a hard time finding a more well-liked Warrior, nor one with better feedback concerning his products. You can find his BUMblogging course here:

      http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...me-online.html

If you have any doubts, read the feedback in that thread. I'm not the praise-heaping type, but Geoff has more than earned it.

To answer your question about when to quit your job, the answer is simple. Quit when you feel ready. Some people are willing to scrape by on ramen noodles, other people wait until they can walk into their boss's office and smack him in the face with a wad of hundreds thicker than a phone book.

I was making slightly less than my day job when I quit, for me it was the stress and frustration that did it. I spent every moment of free time checking my sites' traffic and checking for sales. When I wasn't doing that, I was running through a list of all the things I could be doing to grow my business if I wasn't stuck at an office earning a fraction of what someone else was making off of me.

You know it's time when you are willing to quit the best job you've ever had, in a recession-proof industry, with an awesome boss... Dead in the middle of a recession.

Go forth, stop waffling, and take MASSIVE action. You'll amaze yourself with the results.

    hi MJFan

If you have total confidence in yourself do as I did and fire your boss. It took me just a few short weeks to get my internet business up and running from scratch. If I had of been working I wouldn't have been able to spend the time to get it running. You can always get another job.

Be thankful that you still have a job others are daydreaming of
But frankly speaking you are not alone feeling the same way too myself sometimes but then again just try to think of others who don't have job and you will feel different somehow ..

You should leave your job when you have a solid business set up. You don't want to leave if you have nothing to fall back on. Some people leave their jobs to start businesses, but I think it's better to start a business, remain at your job, and then quit once you have achieved a fair level of success. This may take a long time, but it is safe.

I say Leave ASAP , no such thing as perfect / best time.

You not having a job will intensify focus, desire, and motivation to Propel your Internet Marketing.

If Everything fails you can always ask for your job back and most do get it back

Leaving a stable income is risky no matter what. Make sure you have something to full back on if IM doesnt work.

A few good weeks with internet profits wont be the time. It may be tempting but those profits could stop overnight.

When marketing online its important to have multiple income streams. Leaving all your eggs in the one basket could be dangerous.

Start outsourcing all your boring tedious work before you quit your day job.

Analysis paralysis weeds out 95% of newbie IMers so STOP reading and TAKE ACTION.

mjfan, my opinion would be AS SOON AS YOU CAN!! my hubby and i left as soon as we started making enough money to cover our job incomes so we could focus fully on internet marketing. of course, that would be different for everyone, but for us it was GET OUTTA THAT JOB ASAP! its only been since the end of June but we would never have it any other way and have no plans to return to a job ever...BEST decision we ever made.
