what do i do when i find 2 other great keywords?

I found my niche keyword and its a nice one with 33100 searches and only 40000 pages.

i was looking for other keywords to support this one and found 2 that seem to be extra good.

both of the below do not have the same keywords within them, but are closely associated.
1, searches 14800 sites 42000
2, searches 2900 sites 15300


I need your help oh wise Warriors.

should i generate 2 extra sites based on keyword 1 and 2? and build a web of sites for the niche?
or write pages for 1 and 2 under the original keyword domain name?

My view is to make 3 sites out of the above as they are all significantly different keywords and get high enough searches for there own sites. they then can be crossed linked for extra traffic. and a wider total keyword search net.

Thanks for your help, i'm still learning the basics but trying to put some of the more advanced techniques in place

    I say you PM me which keyword you found that gets 33k searches with 40k pages lol...

    I think you should build the three sites with the different keywords like you said. Then use the other keywords you found as your LSI words so that you cover the entire spectrum. With a web that wide to cast at least one of those sites should obtain a very good ranking and all three should at least get you close to the top.

    Being your own competition is ideal.

    Definitely build new sites for the two keywords. Make sure the trend line isn't flat and your research wasn't wrong. Because 33k searches with 40k pages sounds highly unlikely.

    Make sure the keywords are buying keywords or keywords that have monetization potential. They may be highly trafficked, but not be very profitable, and that's why there are relatively few pages showing up for them. Make sure the money follows the traffic.

    I would also check the competition on the 1st page of Google look at the PageRank of the top results and backlinks to the page.

    When looking at Keyword Research drilling down into that keyword at the start can be very beneficial.

    Check out the Demographics of the keywords and see if they match with the sort of customer you are looking for.

    It's very easy to find keywords with high search volume and low competing sites, but when you look deeper you find the 1st page of Google is totally taken over by High Ranking Authority sites.

    Assuming you have done all that I would be inclined (depending on the amount of content you was going to put on these sites) to build one site on the main keyword with the other 2 keywords being separate pages on that site.

    If you build 3 sites you are going to have to do 3 times the amount of work when it comes to driving traffic to them and back link building.
