Still, one other way to search if you're not very much published is to search for "by Joe Schmoe" where you substitute your name for Joe Schmoe. This doesn't work for me because "by Marcia Yudkin" brings up more than half a million citations in Google! Good luck, Marcia Yudkin

Use copyscape - and if the article is published and indexed you'll find it. You may also check out google alerts to see if that will help. kay

Try just typing into Google the exact title of your article in quotes.

I set up a google alert for the title of my articles, when it is published on a site and google index it, I receive an alert and I can click the link to check if it still has the resources box in place

Log into your google account, and find alerts
I prefer to get them as they happen, but you can choose. Also, put in your name as an alert. You just repeat for each article you want to check |

Hey Bev,
I have noticed that G Alerts hasn't been showing me all of the publishers lately. I'll find an article published on another site but never got an alert. Have you seen that too or am I just blind??? Allen |

I'm so tired of people complaining about EZA that I set up this killer WSO:

For example, for Web alerts the result has to be in the top 20 to be returned and for blog alerts the top 10 (via Google blog search). Little known fact - but it's been in the FAQ for ever - confused me for a while

Your article might have been published on a site not yet indexed.
Give it a few days. Hugh |

Allen, I was going to say if you put the alert on comprehensive it normally gives you a higher rate of sites.
It was through Google Alerts I discovered an article about pizza was posted on Vatican City website. |

Yes, exactly type in the title of the article and even put your whole name at Google, it may works.
