I'm on someones Twitter List?

Has anyone noticed this new little thing?

Looks like I'm being picked up on some CT. lists.

The "Lists" are pretty interesting because you can see what other people classify you as. I was humbled to see dozens of people add me to their lists with prestigious sounding names.

I'm still waiting to show up on the "unfunny a-hole" list.

Yeah Jason I made one list and I'm glad I noticed that you can SEE the list names - nice of them to warn us first about that. LOL I had 1-2 people I was going to list on a not very nice list name. Whew! Caught it just in time

You can have private lists too.

Yeah I wondered about this though:

I know the list is private - like I can't choose "follow this list" if you've set it private. But is the NAME private? Hmm

I love this new Twitter list option! I've spent the whole morning planning my lists out. I'm such a geek. LOL

I think it turns Twitter's inherently unorganized platform into something much more useful now.

Ya, I love the new lists feature too! I feel so much more organized on Twitter now, and it feels like Twitter is just more interesting all the sudden! Lot's of possibilities with these lists...can't wait to see what happens with them.

Tidbits--
*You can have up to 20 lists and each list can only have 500 members.

*If you were put on a list you don't want to on, the only way off (for now) is to block the person who created the list.

*Go to the "goodies" link at the bottom of Twitter's page and check out the list widgets for your site/blog

*If you follow a certain list, you are not following all the people on the list just the list itself.

I see 10. One was created by someone else it looks like. And I'm on one that says "most beautiful, smartest, talented women ever?" Why thank you Dan! LOL

I have 11 lists. So, you're not seeing my private list.

As for the list you're on, sure, if that makes you happy, interpret the title any way you like.
