I read a fantastic article about this guy who found a tiny niche and expanded on it and now makes $5 million a year.

Absolutely great article however the reason I have stayed away from Ebay is because quite often they insist I believe on using paypal and with paypal problems have a tendancy to arise

You don't have to use eBay, it's just a great example how you can find something and expand on it. I thought the story was great - but personally I wouldn't use eBay either :-)

the man spotted an opportunity and took full advantage of it.

America used to be the land of opportunity but now it's the internet.
