$100 referral for a good website developer/designer?

Hey guys and gals,

I'm needing a site built that is basically a clone of Sudsies Dry Cleaners & Laundry , for a friend of mine who owns a dry cleaners. Need the same exact functionality, with preferably an admin login to manage the pick up/delivery requests, etc. He has a logo, but that's it. I'll write the content for him, but he'll need the graphical work.

Looking for the best deal I can get under $5K.

I'll be happy to throw anyone a $100 finder fee from the initial deposit if you can turn me onto someone good. Plus, I'll have a lot more work I can send their way if they are good.
