How much would YOU pay for a website that earns 5/day with adsense?

If I were to setup a site and prove to you with screen shots after 6 months that the site can earn 5/day with adsense how much would you pay for it?

Here's the seller:

Before I put the site up for sell I would create an additional 5 pages of optimized keywords for the site that (Should also profit $5/day) and write articles for them and make all the necessary submissions.

All in all can you give me a ballpark range that a site like this would sell for on Flippa: The #1 Marketplace for Buying and Selling Web Sites
