Yes I got one of these and I am in the UK. Not tried it yet though. I think it is because recently I was setting up an Adwords campaign, but did not actually put it live.

I confirmed mine yesterday. After signing up in the billing section you input the code and voila, you get 100$ in your account, it even covers the 10$ activation fee.

Pretty neat

Will this work with old accounts OR is this as a coupon for new accounts?

This happened to me with Looksmart Adcenter a while back. I was setting up a Looksmart Adcenter account and for whatever reason, I left my computer and forgot about completing the setup of my account.

About a week or two later, they sent me an email that said something along the lines of, "Hi, we noticed that you recently started setting up an Adcenter account yet did not finish. Here's $200 credit for you to start using Looksmart Adcenter."

I guess it pays to be forgetful sometimes.
