They don't really do anything. #1 is definitely out. That's the worst of the bunch, IMO. It's a toss-up between #2 and #3. But, overall, they are just rather plain. They're not especially memorable. They don't grab my attention. They're just there.

I don't know, they just don't seem very exciting, it could be the image beside the text? Try a different image and put more "flare" into the text.

Maybe something where the "Divide" is split down the middle with a swash that curves into an ampersand and is followed by "Prosper"?

All criticisms and suggestions have been submitted to the designers.

Will wait and see what they come up with now.
