Can anyone help with this?

A gym buddy of mine is a Personal Trainer and wants a quick site built.

Basically Im looking for A Free High Quality Wordpress Theme to download
(or worst case scenario purchase) and if you can help in getting the right template...

I'll send you a $20 Dollar beer straight into your paypal account.

Basic requirements :

• Themed around Personal Trainers / Fitness / Gym / Sports (or graphics easily changeable)
• Needs to look 2.0 and up-to-date with nice reflections/flare on the menu's / buttons.
• RSS Feed, Twitter, Facebook Logo Button Options (or plug-in)
• Nice big graphical header area.
• A nice place to add my mates youtube video introduction (pref. header area).

Im not experienced in WordPress, so if you can recommend something
fantastic along with the right plug-ins, I'll pop you $20 bucks.

So far, Tommys link to StudioPress is winning, due to the fact that
I'm liking the themes with the big "Featured Content" thingy...
