A popup, popunder, exit popup, pop over- hover, or a lghtbox hover it fades over entire page. Which one of these list building techniques is the most effective?

I'm success with exit popup, as the cause I think that people wait to check "What is it"

I've had good success with an aweber form embedded in the blogger page. I think what matters most is how professional the page looks and how interesting and enticing the content is. I personally get very frustrated with exit popups which make leaving the page a pain in the ass and choose not to subject my customers to them.

I've tested all of these and had most success with exit popup..

I also personally optin only through a exit popup, the other ones irritate me
