Valid RSS Creation from a list of urls

Does anyone know of any tools that create VALID rss, preferably free ones, just by dropping in a text file full of urls? I've come across a couple of tools, but it seems as though you have to put the url one by one, and i have hundreds of urls. Not only that, the rss thats generated from these tools dosen't validate and my feed cant be used in any aggregators. Any and all help is appreciated.

register, its free! The use the URLs 2 Feed option.
