Alright Warriors, listen up - there's prizes involved here!
I know we all have it in us – that “Steve Wagenheim” article marketer quality. So starting tomorrow, and for the next 30 days, I want to know who is going to submit 1 article a day to EzineArticles.com? I slack off in this department a TON, so each day for 30 days I’m going to submit 1 article a day to promote my lens building service with Lewis Smile. If you want to join in and we’ll chat about our results as we go, then let me know here. We will update as we go here - post what articles you have going live here and post what kind of traffic you're seeing, and/or sales. Whenever a post is added to this thread, try to make your title or first line a bold, pre-approved subject line, such as "Daily Submission Results," "Weekly Traffic Results," etc. That way people can follow along and filter out the "I'm in" posts if they're in a hurry. You can do as many articles as you like, but at least 1 per day. My judging will be based on a few things - such as: Who updated regularly What their article content was like What kind of results they're getting etc... Here’s a sample of what I’m doing: Today: 1.) Downloading a list of keywords from https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal 2.) Creating 30 Article Titles based on my keyword list. Each day: 1.) Submit one article to EZA (I know it takes a year is it (lol) to get approved, but oh well). 2.) Check my traffic stats for the domain to see what kind of traffic the articles are delivering Each week: 1.) Reviewing our sales stats to see how they’ve increased thanks to our efforts. At the end of this, I’m going to pick one person who joins in the Warrior Article Marketing Challenge and you’ll win the following: 1.) A custom made Squidoo lens by me. 2.) A custom made Hub Page (or the content for it if you don’t want me logging into your account) 3.) $100 worth of PLR from my PLR Mini Mart 4.) 5 Custom articles to give you a much-needed break in the article marketing department. 5.) $50 via PayPal Allen Graves chipped this in, too: "For the top three challenge winners, I will give a lifetime membership to website-articles.net and The Article Marketing Handbook for free." Thanks, Allen!! Sound good? Who’s up for it? Tiff "the speed demon article marketer" Dow |

Okay, I realize I'm not eligible for this.
![]() But let me give everybody a piece of advice for writing articles IF you're going to do more than one a day, which really isn't hard at all. Pace yourself. The day is 8 hours long if you limit yourself to 9 to 5. Even if you're brand new at this, it shouldn't take you more than 1 hour between researching and writing to write 1 article. Write your first article starting at 9 AM. You'll be done by 10. Write your second article starting at 12 noon. You'll be done by 1 PM but more importantly, you'll have had a whole 2 hours of rest. Write your third article at 4 PM. You'll be done by 5 PM. There you have it. A well paced day and you've written 3 articles. Imagine doing that everyday. That's almost 100 articles in a month. Good luck Warriors! |

Hi Tiffany,
Sign me up! I just happened to start my own "Learn and Earn" campaign for myself so this coincides nicely. It'll be something to help me along too since I've only been doing IM sometime in late July. About time I got myself into a system of sorts. My updates will be shown on my Warrior forum blog (since we have one, might as well use it) Asher |

Hi Tiff,
Great contest! I was wondering if submitting to Ezine Articles is the best way to go, or would putting your content on Squidoo or Hubpages be a better choice? Squidoo and Hubpages get great search engine rankings too, plus you have more control over the links you put in your lens or hubs. Thanks, Michael |

Cool, I'm in
![]() I'm going to try out what Steven Wagenheim says works well for him and see how that works for me. So I'll be writing an article a day and linking to a product review on an existing site of mine. I've kind of stalled on this site, so this challenge is timely. I'll be promoting a registry repair product, not sure yet which one. Todo list:

To answer the question above, I chose EZA because on Squidoo, it's not public content. This way, publishers can pikc up your articles and those who will keep your links intact will drive traffic to your site.

Well erm, I'd take part...but I can't write! OK, I say I can't write, maybe it's the inspiration that's missing from me. If I need to write, then I can, but it's not always on topic AND probably doesn't help out the reader!
Next thing on my list of can't do's is creating resource boxes, I really should start using articles to send traffic towards my blog and sites when they start building and completing themselves! And you know what, I'd probably be happy if I could submit 1 article a week to EzineArticles. (Stop moaning Mark! - Maybe I should under-go some kind of training! LOL) This is definately a thread I'm going to subscribe too, and probably make notes on almost everything! ![]() ![]() Thanks Mark |

Transparency huh?
Well, I'm being a little different as this is a goal that I started for myself two days ago and I'm jumping in here to help motivate myself to keep going. My plan is to pick a product, create a Squidoo lens about it with my affiliate link. Then do 5 articles a day pointing to the Squidoo lens. Then dropping off to one article a day. Then pick another product and repeat, while still doing the one article a day from the initial product. The first product that I chose was Magic of Making Up, which Steven mentioned as being great. I actually just got Travis's messages about it the day before I read Steves "Travis is the bee's knees" post, so I felt particularly motivated by that product. That's kind of a buttload of articles to plan out in advance to post like you did, Tiffany. I mean, because I'm starting out with 5 a day. By the end of today, I'll have written my first 10 articles. I'll try to think of titles for the next 40 to post later today. Maybe also, since I'm doing a different method, we'll be able to test how well this style works in comparison with other styles. Love, Shannon |

Oooh My hand is up. This sounds like fun - I love a challenge.
I only have around 2 hours a day while my son is napping to work, but that should be plenty time to get out one article as well as my other work. Ok. I think before I start I'll choose a clickbank product to promote sooo .. Today's to do: 1. Choose a clickbank product 2. Do some keyword research 3. Set up a landing page Tommorrow's to do: (I'll start writing tomorrow as I'm not sure I'll fit it in today) 1. Write one article per day ... Tracey |

I am going to put my hat in the ring. I need to motivate myself big time. My niche is going to be for my own e-book, I am also going to try the 3 a day like Steven suggested by am determined to put in at least the one a day. Will get my keyword research done asap.

Okay, here is my personal game plan. I'm only doing this for the 30 days
because it sounds like fun and I need to challenge myself. 1. I'm going to choose 1 niche a day for 30 days from my "Niche Research Revolution" book. I figure after all this time, I might as well throw my hat in the ring on these niches (I haven't yet) 2. I'm going to write 1 article for that niche, put up a blog with a review of the product, and see what kind of response the 1 article gets. At the end of the 30 days, I'll reveal the top niche right here at this forum based on that 1 article and blog post. Naturally, not scientific, but it will be interesting to see how much damage I can do with just one. 3. I will write 4 additional articles for 4 of my regular niches. I usually rotate these anyway so this won't be anything different. I'm just adding the one niche per day new. 4. I'll track my sales for each niche, new and old, and report the niche with the most sales JUST from the articles. Not fair to include sales from those niches generated through opt ins and other means. These MUST be sales gotten from going from EZA to blog to sales page. And that's it. Now I'm going to go out on a limb right now and predict that Travis' product will finish on top. But who knows? I've got quite a few good selling affiliate products out there so this should be interesting. I'm only doing this because I'm getting bored now that I've cut my hours down drastically and need something to look forward to for October. And there you have it...time to get to work.

To motivate people more we could have some sort of leader board, with everyone's names in the first post (or in a new post) and then give points for each article submitted and maybe points for traffic, conversions and sales as well.
That way we could have four categories, "most articles", "most traffic", "highest conversions" & "most sales" - & people could see where they needed to improve, and also seeing the stats up there against everyone elses, we could all get a good feel for where we're at, and motivate ourselves to get our numbers up. This would require transparency, so not everyone may be up for it - but they could simply opt not to include themselves in certain categories. And although this would take work to keep up to date - If you didn't feel like the hassle i'd be happy to open a new post and handle it all for you ![]() Just throwing it out there - Use it or discard it as you see fit. I'll definitely be joining the challenge with a new blog, may take a day or two to get the research done & everything up and running, but after that I'll put my article marketing cards onto the table. There's no requirement - you might post what you did each day or start posting when your articles go live or when you're seeing results. For me, I'm going to post my efforts daily because it's inspiring when others see you working - it motivates people to get their own stuff done.

I decided to get a domain re-direct rather than create a landing page as this would be better indication of just my article marketing results. And as I've never tried the weight loss niche before thought this might be interesting as I'm a 'newbie' in this niche so to speak ..

I’m excited about this as I’ve been kind of unmotivated over the past few weeks! I love a good challenge and this will give me something to work towards.
I’m going to use the next 30 days to test out some new niches and products – that way it will be easier to test my traffic and sales. My aim is to find at least 5 new products to promote that will make me at least $500 a month each. I won’t put an exact number on the amount of articles I’ll write but I’m hoping to write at least 5 every day, and traffic will be sent to my review blogs. I’m also going to use this opportunity to start my IM blog (I bought a domain months ago and never got round to using it). Rather than posting to the thread I intend to update my progress on my blog and just check in here on the thread now and again (I’ll put the blog in my sig). So all in all, I hope it’s going to be a very profitable month for everyone taking part - I hope everyone keeps us updated and I can’t wait to hear how everyone gets on. Actually it’d be interesting to see a few of the people who released recent article marketing WSO’s doing this as well. I’m sure there’s lots we can learn from each other. |

Hey Tiff,
We all started the challenge today ( or yesterday depending on where we live) but we all know that EZ will take up to a week to publish our articles. Can we make it a 30 day+a week challenge?
