Suggestions for custom script developers

Hi gang

Need a trusted script developer to deliver a piece of art for me.

It's simple I guess, it's just a script to create accounts in one particular place; lot's of accounts.

As usual, here I am asking for advice on someone you know, someone you worked with... basically, a script developer that know what he's doing.
